How can Nolan even think about recasting The Joker?!!?
Seriously, I never never EVER been freaked out by a movie and i’ve watched hundreds of scary movies and when I was in the theatre listening to heath’s SCAR STORIES I WAS CREEPED OUT, like seriously creeped out and im 20 years old!. How could they think about trying to live up to the bar he set with another actor? FACE IT millions would be disapointed!! GO WITH Johnny Depp as The Riddler, he fits the role entirely! Look at pirates of the carribean! Do not attempt to touch what Heath Ledger did. He’s gone and he made ur batman movie gross x4 what you expected. Without him it would just be another movie. Be smart, don’t be stupid. Johnny Depp at the Riddler is the perfect way to go if you’re looking for money and a amazing movie at the same time! No joker in the third batman movie. R.I.P Heath
I agree with you about how there is NOBODY that can replace Heath Ledger as the Joker, but I think it’s kind of a necessity to keep the story line of the original Batman comics and movies going. If you read the comic books(I did cause I’m a nerd)after the Joker is apprehended by Batman and sent to Arkham Asylum, the Riddler is the next villain, and Batman defeats/catches him and he takes him to Arkham Asylum then the Riddler and the Joker share a cell there and if i remember right they team up and break out, so the story depends on it if you are looking to please the die hard Batman fans from way back when.
